Terms & Conditions

Customers are eligible for a refund or exchange if they contact us within 7 days of their purchase with the original receipt.  The product to be refunded must be unopened and in sellable condition, with any seals unbroken.  

We do NOT accept refunds or exchanges on products including but not limited to diapers, wipes, bottled FMCG products, teethers, bottles and teats, for hygiene reasons.

Our customer service team will be in touch to discuss the reason and the terms of the refund.  If you wish to bring the product in store, we can process immediately - alternatively, if you would like our driver to collect, you may be subject to a small charge.

The refunded product will be collected by our drivers, and assessed in Head Office to see that it qualifies for a refund.  You will be contacted by a customer service representative to advise of the refund, which should reach your account within 30 days.

Refunds will be only be processed through the original mode of payment.

Products under warranty will be taken for repair - our customer service team will arrange for the driver to collect the item and send for repair.  Please provide the original receipt.  We will advise of the time frame for the product to be returned to you in repaired condition.  Unfortunately we cannot repair items not purchased through Five Little Ducks.
