Refunds and Exchanges:

• Customers are eligible for a refund or exchange if they contact us within 7 days of their purchase with the original receipt. The product to be refunded must be unopened and in sellable condition, with any seals unbroken.
• We do NOT accept refunds or exchanges on products including but not limited to diapers, wipes, bottled FMCG products, teethers, bottles and teats, for hygiene reasons.
• Our customer service team will be in touch to discuss the reason and the terms of the refund. If you wish to bring the product in store, we can process immediately – alternatively, if you would like our driver to collect, you may be subject to a small charge.
• The refunded product will be collected by our drivers, and assessed in Head Office to see that it qualifies for a refund. You will be contacted by a customer service representative to advise of the refund, which should reach your account within 30 days.
• Refunds will be only be processed through the original mode of payment.
• Products under warranty will be taken for repair – our customer service team will arrange for the driver to collect the item and send for repair. Please provide the original receipt. We will advise of the time frame for the product to be returned to you in repaired condition. Unfortunately we cannot repair items not purchased through Five Little Ducks (FLD).

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your order at any time prior to delivery and can let us know via call, email or WhatsApp. If already paid, you will be refunded accordingly as per above
• Equally, FLD reserves the right to accept or not accept your sale and can cancel orders due to any reason such as item unavailability or discontinuation of items. If for any reason, FLD will not proceed with your sale, you will be informed accordingly.

Pricing Policy:

• Five Little Ducks offers a Best Price Guarantee and will price match any item found cheaper at a UAE based competitor store as long as sufficient proof has been shown. We cannot price match retrospectively on previously purchased items.
• FLD reserves the right to change prices at any time
• FLD may withdraw or remove items from our website at any time – our range changes all the time, so not all items will be available at all times
